Purchasing Real Estate, tends to be one of the most significant purchases people will make in their lifetime. The home you choose becomes an essential part of your life and the place of lifelong memories.  Nikki also believes Real Estate is an essential part of wealth creation for families and individuals and is dedicated to helping her clients through every step of the process. 

 Along with being a REALTOR, (RENE) Real Estate Negotiation Expert, (GRI) Graduate Real Estate Institute and is a (NAR SFR) Short Sale/Foreclosure Certified agent.  Nikki has also found her teaching degree and Social Work degree very helpful when working with her clients.  Nikki prides herself on her exceptional communication skills and an ability to ensure her clients fully understand the home buying or selling process so they can make the best decisions for themselves.

Nikki is also an Army Veteran who is knowledgeable and passionate about helping other military and paramilitary realize their real estate dreams. She has earned her (MilRES) Military Residential Specialist designation.

Nikki has had lifelong exposure to real estate, growing up in a family of custom home builders- she purchased her first two properties before she was out of college and loves a good Fix and Flip opportunity. It was no surprise to anyone when she chose Real Estate as her career.

When she is not helping her clients, she can usually be found in the kitchen cooking and baking.  She also enjoys remodeling projects and refurbishing old furniture.
