Carlie Blazek

Carlie Blazek grew up in Iowa before moving to Colorado to attend the University of Northern Colorado (Go Bears)! In 2025, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, along with certificates in Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Management. Her educational background, combined with a strong passion for sales and client advocacy, has shaped her people-first approach to business.

Alongside real estate, Carlie has previously spent two years as a licensed Health & Life insurance broker, where she gained valuable experience helping clients navigate important decisions and find the best solutions tailored to their needs. This background allows her to bring a consultative, detail-oriented, and trustworthy approach to every client interaction.

Now beginning her career as a Broker Associate with The New Door Group, Carlie is excited to embark on this new journey in real estate. She is passionate about guiding clients through the buying and selling process with clarity, confidence, and care—helping them not just reach their goals, but feel supported every step of the way (looking at houses is also SOOO FUN)!

Outside of real estate, Carlie can often be found thrifting, crafting, running, or spending time with the people she loves. Being newer to Colorado, she enjoys exploring all the state has to offer and welcomes recommendations for favorite local places and hidden gems.
