Melissa Stock is the Founder of Next Chapter Team, a Colorado real estate brand built around personalized service, trusted guidance, and helping clients confidently navigate their next chapter.

Originally from Orange County, California, Melissa and her family have called Colorado home since 2019. As a wife and mother of two daughters—both honor students and competitive soccer players—Melissa understands the importance of finding a home and community that truly fits a family’s lifestyle, goals, and future.

Before entering real estate, Melissa built a diverse career centered around people and service. Her professional background includes customer service, management, state and county government, corporate operations, and education. She has worked in the Taco Bell corporate offices, state and county offices, and with students with special needs in schools throughout Jefferson and Denver counties. These experiences have shaped her ability to listen, communicate, problem-solve, stay organized, and advocate for the people she serves.

Today, Melissa brings that same dedication to her real estate business with Coldwell Banker Realty. She specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, buyers, sellers, and families navigating their next move. Whether a client is purchasing their first home, selling a property, relocating, or simply exploring their options, Melissa provides straightforward guidance and personalized support throughout the process.

Through Next Chapter Team, Melissa has created a client-focused approach to real estate that goes beyond the transaction.
