Real estate has always been in Tiffany Edgar's blood. Raised as the daughter of a
Michigan residential builder and developer, she spent her formative years walking job
sites, showing model homes, and witnessing firsthand the magic of a family stepping
into the home they'd always dreamed of. That early lesson shaped everything she does:
real estate is never just about square footage, but about what a space can become.
A Colorado resident for more than 20 years, Tiffany brings deep local knowledge and
over a decade of hands-on property management experience to her clients, with a
philosophy rooted in personal attention, responsive communication, and fair dealing.
Grand County is her second home. Summers are spent mountain biking and hiking with
close friends, winters on the slopes, giving her an authentic connection to both the
metro and mountain lifestyle.
Tiffany has a natural curiosity for architecture and design and a genuine belief that the
