915 Alta Vista Dr Craig, CO 81625

This is the kind of home that makes you want to stay awhile! Morning coffee on the wraparound deck, dinner from a dream kitchen made for the cook and baker in your family, and a private hot tub waiting downstairs. With 3 bedrooms (could be 4), 2.5 baths, nearly half an acre, great views and 2,784 sq. ft. of living space. 915 Alta Vista Drive delivers! Step inside to a bright, welcoming main level where abundant windows, vaulted ceilings and French doors fill the home with natural light. The open living and dining spaces flow beautifully together, with easy access to the expansive wraparound deck and the outdoors beyond. The showpiece is the chef/baker's kitchen. Quartz countertops pair beautifully with a Carrara marble island, while abundant cabinetry features pull-outs and soft-close functionality. You'll also find a full pantry, farmhouse sink, pot filler over the cooktop and dedicated drawers for pots and pans. It's a kitchen designed to be as hardworking as it is beautiful. The spacious primary suite feels like a retreat of its own, with French doors opening to the deck, a walk-through closet with dressing area and a beautifully finished bathroom featuring an oversized tiled shower with a built-in bench. Central A/C adds summertime comfort. Downstairs, the finished walkout basement offers an expansive family room that opens directly to the patio and backyard. An additional bedroom and full bath provide plenty of flexibility, while the impressive laundry room offers even more possibilities, use it as an office, craft or project room, or potentially a 4th bedroom. The new Smart washer and dryer are included. The heated garage includes a workspace, and RV owners will appreciate the dedicated RV parking area with an RV outlet located on the north side of the home in front of the shed. But there's even more potential outside. The property extends into approximately half of the vacant area to the south, for a total of 18,390 sq. ft. The fence could be extended to incorporate this area, creating additional yard space or even more room for toys, a camper, etc. Smart-home features include a Lutron Caséta backbone system that will remain with the home, along with outdoor security cameras featuring local storage via Wi-Fi. With new interior paint, new carpet and flooring, a new privacy fence and an exceptional combination of indoor comfort, smart-home convenience and outdoor living, 915 Alta Vista Drive is ready for its next chapter.
