About Me

My name is Isaiah Lizardi, and I’m a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty, proudly serving clients throughout Connecticut and soon expanding into Massachusetts. My goal is simple: to guide every client with honesty, care, and a service-first mindset—whether you’re buying your first home, selling, or investing.

I’m originally from West Hartford, Connecticut, and graduated from Middlebury College (Class of 2025), where I competed as a two-sport student-athlete in football and track & field. During my time there, I was part of a NESCAC Championship Football Team and also became a NESCAC Champion in Track & Field. Those experiences taught me discipline, resilience, and how to perform under pressure—qualities that directly influence the level of dedication I bring to my clients.

Currently working in insurance, particularly claims, this allows me to strengthen my communication skills, customer service approach, and attention to detail. I’m also a proud first-generation college graduate, and that background continues to fuel my drive, humility, and commitment to helping people make confident, informed decisions during some of life’s biggest milestones.

In my real estate practice, I prioritize clear communication, strong negotiation, and a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. Whether you’re navigating the market for the first time or making a strategic move, I’m here to provide guidance every step of the way.
