Prior to becoming a Realtor she was a Director of Recruitment at two Information Technology companies based in New York and Connecticut. Understanding people's goals and life plans have been key to her success. In both real estate and recruitment the satisfaction of the customer is critical. Finding the right outcome for her clients, has been, and always will be, the goal. Kathleen has received numerous business awards. In 2010 she won The Irish Voice Women of Influence as well as The Irish Echo's Top 40 under 40 Business Women, North America.

For her extraordinary work locally in the community she has been honored as a Volunteer Hero by the YMCA of Cheshire, and has received a Congressional citation from the Connecticut General Assembly, and Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition from the US Congress Kathleen brings a proven work ethic and knowledge of the community to the role. She was co-President of the Cheshire YMCA Sea Dog Swim Club STPA, and a founding member of the Friends of Cheshire Pool. In the latter role she oversaw a referendum campaign, lobbied, and fought to keep and enhance a community asset, preserving the swim legacy that Cheshire boasts.

Kathleen understands the importance of finding the right community and house for you to live your best life. She works harder than everyone else every single day to provide that to her clients. She is the mother to two boys (a former swimmer and a soccer player) as well as to an entirely spoiled rescue dog. She is married to Shane.

Her Master's degree is in American Government from St. John's University, NY. She also holds a post-graduate diploma from
St. John's in Public Administration. Her Bachelor's degree is from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
