Giuliana Chatterjee-Borner | REALTOR® Coldwell Banker
Born in Germany with Indian roots, I bring a unique global perspective and a genuine passion for helping people find where they truly belong. After coming to the U.S. in 2015 as an Au Pair, I built my life here with my husband. In 2019 we bought our house in Danbury. We welcomed our son in 2025 at the Danbury Hospital. After many years of working in construction, my husband decided to open his own construction company, Borner Builders LLC, not limited to but specialized in glass.
During my time as an Au Pair, I volunteered at the Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco. After working as an Au Pair, I obtained my CDA (Child Development Credential), worked at a private daycare and then at Head Start in Brewster. My background in early childhood education taught me the value of patience, empathy, flexibility and clear communication—qualities I carry into every real estate relationship. 
Additionally I’m an official for GAMMA USA. As an inspector at MMA/Muay Thai and Kickboxing fight events, I know how important it is to maintain integrity, enforce rules and ensure safety and fairness.
Fluent in both English and German, I combine organization and focus with warmth and understanding to guide clients smoothly through one of life’s biggest decisions. Through my past working experiences, relationships and now being part of Coldwell Banker, I have lots of resources to help you buy, sell or rent.
I am a member of National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Northern Fairfield County Association of REALTORS® (NFCAR), Connecticut Association of REALTORS® and always eager to expand my education further.
When I am not helping clients buy/sell or rent their perfect home, I love exploring new places and foods, playing table tennis at Westchester Table Tennis Center, and spending time on Candlewood Lake with my family and friends. My goal is simple yet sincere: to create long-lasting relationships built on trust, honesty, and care—turning each client’s dream home into reality.
