Carter Briggs

Carter Briggs is a Sales Associate with a strong background in real estate, construction, and hands-on problem solving. Originally from Connecticut, Carter has spent time living in California and New York, experiences that have shaped his perspective and approach to working with people from all walks of life.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Champlain College and a Certificate in Ecological Building and Design from Yestermorrow Design/Build School. His professional experience combines real estate transactions with a practical understanding of buildings, materials, and design—bringing a detail-oriented, thoughtful approach to every client relationship.

Carter owns an 1880 antique home in Niantic, which he and his partner have renovated themselves. This firsthand experience provides valuable insight into property ownership, maintenance, and long-term value, allowing him to better guide clients through similar decisions.

In addition to real estate, Carter is involved in hands-on maintenance and operational support at a local campground. Now residing in downtown Niantic, Carter is very familiar with local neighborhoods, hiking trails, waterfront access, boating, and the many outdoor and lifestyle amenities the shoreline has to offer.

Outside of work, Carter enjoys surfing, camping, fishing, boating, sailing, hiking, travel, and creative building projects. He brings a calm, communicative, and solutions-driven mindset to each transaction, with a focus on clear guidance, strong follow-through, and smooth closings.
