Kathleen Moniello is a dedicated Realtor and the team leader of the Forevermore Homes Team of Coldwell Banker.

With a BA in Economics and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Connecticut, Kathy brings a strong educational foundation to her role. Her academic background equips her with a deep understanding of market dynamics and strategic marketing, enabling her to effectively position her team and services in the competitive real estate market.

Kathy's professional background includes extensive experience in sales and sales management with a large bank-owned insurance and risk management company. Additionally, she owned and operated a successful sales and sales management training and consulting company. This diverse experience makes her uniquely qualified for her role, as it has honed her skills in client relations, operations, and team leadership.

Kathy holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation from the National Association of Realtors and the Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. This unique blend of credentials enables her and her team to address a vital market need; assisting seniors in transition, helping them make informed decisions about their retirement living options and how to bring those plans to fruition. Her expertise ensures that seniors receive compassionate, knowledgeable, and comprehensive support throughout their real estate journey.

In addition to her professional achievements, Kathy is an active member of the leadership committee of the Shoreline Area Senior Network, where she is dedicated to bringing together professionals who serve seniors for education and networking. She also offers free educational programs on essential topics at area senior centers, demonstrating her commitment to empowering seniors with valuable information and resources.

Kathy lives in Guilford with her husband Scott and pups Sasha and Ranger.
