I’m a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker and part of the award-winning Kelly Higgins Team, specializing in residential real estate throughout Fairfield County, including Fairfield, Easton, and the surrounding communities. I work closely with homeowners who are navigating important life transitions—whether that’s downsizing after many years in a home, helping adult children support their parents through that process, or guiding growing families as they move into their next stage.

Before real estate, I earned a degree in Economics/Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas, and I spent time in both banking and service industries. That background, combined with my real estate experience, allows me to approach each transaction with both strategy and care.

Outside of real estate, my husband George and I are deeply connected to the local community. We also have a big blended bi-coastal family - eight adult children, five grandchildren, and our rescue dog, Jake - so I truly understand how important “home” is at every stage of life.
