My background as a design specialist and journalist reporting on architecture for 25 years allows me to serve my clients with a special expertise. From the buyer's perspective, I can recognize and visualize potential in any home. From the seller side, a staged home has a competitive advantage. It sells more rapidly...between 30 to 50% faster in most areas. It may be as simple as paring down and rearranging the homeowners' own furnishings or choosing a more current paint color to transform a space. Finally, because of my skill set as a journalist, I am able to listen to the needs of my clients and help them realize their true goals.
