With over 17 years of experience as a real estate agent, Katherine Cheah brings deep expertise and a personal touch to every client interaction. A proud Glastonbury resident for more than 25 years, Katherine is not only highly knowledgeable about the local housing market but also deeply connected to the community she serves.

Originally from Malaysia, Katherine spent over a decade working in the housing development industry before relocating to Canada, where she was employed by the University of Toronto. Her international background gives her unique insight into the relocation process, both local and global, and has made her especially effective in assisting newcomers and international clients.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, and English, Katherine seamlessly works with a diverse client base across the Greater Hartford region, specializing in assisting buyers, sellers, and renters. She is particularly skilled at guiding first-time homebuyers with patience, care, and clarity.

Outside of her professional life, Katherine is a vibrant and active member of her community. She enjoys dancing with the Asian Performing Arts Group, cooking, gardening, and playing pickleball. Katherine also volunteers at the New England Martial Arts Competition and proudly donates to the Coldwell Banker Cares Foundation.

She is the loving mother of two adult children—one working in New York City, and the other working in Boston.
