Karen McKenna is a seasoned Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Realty in Greenwich, Connecticut. She works with clients who are buying and selling Greenwich properties, but also extends her services to clients in other nearby Fairfield County towns and Westchester County, New York. She is licensed to practice in both Connecticut and New York.

Prior to her career in real estate, Ms. McKenna held executive leadership roles at luxury fashion brands such as Calvin Klein, BCBG/Max Azria Donna Karan New York and The Camuto Group. She led brand-marketing initiatives, managed nationwide teams with as many as 60 employees and planned shop installations, store openings and coordinated major trade shows throughout the country. Her marketing and project management skills have transitioned well into the real estate industry and are of direct benefit to her clients.

Ms. McKenna views her clients as her "business partners." As a Realtor, her objectives are to ensure client satisfaction and retention, and to grow her business with referrals based on skill-set and her commitment to excellence. She vows to provide "the highest level of professional service" to residential real estate buyers and sellers across Greenwich and beyond.

Karen spent time living in Manhattan and Southern California but has called Greenwich "HOME" for the past 17 years. She is personally a real estate investor and has acquired a portfolio of investment properties with a business partner. "The experience of owning and managing investment properties gives me an in-depth perspective when working with fellow real estate investors."

When she is not spending quality time with family, Karen can be seen about town walking her boxer, Dezi, or volunteering in the community. Karen is a proud sponsor – in partnership with the Greenwich Historical Society – on a series of creative, hands-on workshops. This series is titled "Create in the Barn" and they foster camaraderie and community connection. She has been a judge at The Sand Blast Sculpture Contest held at Tod's Point in Old Greenwich.

Karen enjoys skiing during the winter months and gardening during the spring and summer season. She is an avid reader of cookbooks, thoroughly enjoys whipping up new recipes and even belongs to a local cookbook club in town. She also manages to find time to take on a few DIY projects throughout the year.

Ms. McKenna maintains professional memberships in the Greenwich Association of Realtors and GREENWICH MLS, the National Association of Realtors and the Statewide SMART MLS in Connecticut.
