My childhood years were growing up in the Brooklyn/Queens, New York areas. When a young person, we moved to a popular NYC metropolitan area known as New Hyde Park in Nassau County, Long Island aka as the North Shore. Summers were spent out east on Long Island. While they were still rural areas, vacations were enjoyed in The Hamptons and The North Fork. On occasion, for more rustic living, we summered in the Catskills of Upstate, New York. I've also lived in the New York areas of Westchester and Hudson Valley.

A personal ethos is giving back to the community in any number of ways. My life is rich with friends, family and fun activities. Conyer's Farm, Sunday Polo games, sailing, rowing and fundraising parties are just some of my favorite pastimes . Keeping active is important to me; on any given day, I strength-train, walk daily, and practice yoga and Pilates. I've toured gardens in the Cote d'Azur, Milan Lake District, the Veneto and Umbria/Marche regions. When home in the community, I am Eucharistic Minister and Lector at a well loved house of worship in Greenwich, CT. We're right next to Temple Shalom. Since land is at a premium here in Greenwich, CT, we share parking spaces for Sunday and Saturday worship. I also attend meditation retreats in the Upstate/Catskill/Woodstock area and Brooklyn, NY.

On the water, I've participated with a women's group at the Saugatuck Rowing Club, Westport CT. I sail race with Breakwater Irregulars, and crewed with a division winner in the Valeur-Jensen Denmark Race. Recently, I acquired a classic 21' Gary Hoyt Freedom. Mostly, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I especially treasure special moments with my grand-babies. 

Personal Life:

• Oncology Aesthetics and Appearance Recovery Training: OTI (developing programs-in progress - Dublin, Ireland)
