Patty Goldfeder

Patty has a rich and extensive background in real estate, sharing her unique experience with every client.

She has devoted her career to real estate, beginning as an agent in New Haven County and then in a commercial leasing department for a large corporation.  In addition to her work as a Realtor, she was a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, working for many banks in the state.  With her special passion for decorating and staging, she owned a small interior decorating business helping clients with home improvement projects, including kitchen transformations.  Her great eye for detail won her several decorating contracts, including upgrades of seasonal homes in Martha's Vineyard.

Her broad range of experience will help both sellers prepare to get their house ready for sale and give buyers advice on making improvements to houses that they are interested in purchasing.  She can assist with staging and incorporate unique ideas for marketing.  

In addition to her professional experience.  Patty has organized fundraisers and events over the years, including helping decorate rooms for local families undergoing health challenges.  It is these experiences that give her the most satisfaction.
