Philosophy

Using expertise and knowledge of the market to help clients with all their Real Estate needs now and in the future. I will bring the same passion I had with teaching and coaching young adults to help clients pursue their Real Estate dreams.

Buyers, Sellers, Relocation, Condos, New Construction, Candlewood Lake and Investments. I purchased a condo in the winter of 2025 and resold it after total renovation later in the year. I also took over a family lake cabin in Rangeley Maine and renovated it to rent as an AirBNB.

Education and Community Involvement

Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Philosophy from Syracuse University class of 1995.

Certificate of teaching, masters and 6th year administration degrees from Central, Western and Southern CT State Universities.

Taught high school science, was class advisor and coached tennis, swimming and soccer in Region 14 (Woodbury Bethlehem) for 25 years.

Currently sing in the choir at Salem Covenant Church in Washington. Have spent significant time at Steep Rock Preserve including hiking all 36 miles of trails with daughter and volunteering for trail work with high school outdoor club.

Personal

Parents moved to New Milford in 1967 (and are still here) and raised 3 boys.
Married college sweetheart who fell in love with New Milford.

Bought 1st property in New Milford in 1999 and eventually rented that property after moving to northern New Milford in 2006.

Daughter was born in 2002 and graduated from Clarkson University in Spring of 2024 and is currently studying to be a nurse.

Lifelong passion for travel including 44 states, 25 countries and 30 US National Parks.
