Personal Background

Dawn has been a resident of New Milford for 30 years:

In addition to Dawn's involvement in team building in sports as Field Hockey Head Coach and all aspects of youth development, she is a National Champion Equestrian and Private Pilot.

Her interest in Real Estate began as a personal one with her first purchase in 1997. From that point to the present time Dawn has been involved in over 40 personal transactions where she purchased, sold, marketed, renovated single family homes including rental units.

She has been involved in every aspect of the process; this experience and expertise is a critical benefit to her clients.
