Bob and Richelle Ward have been working together as a team — both professionally and personally — since the late 1980s. After years in the corporate world in New York City, they made the move to Newtown, Connecticut in 2000 and began building a real estate business centered around communication, consistency, and helping people navigate major life transitions with confidence.

Today, they work with buyers and sellers throughout Newtown, Brookfield, Bethel, Danbury, New Milford, New Fairfield, Southbury, and surrounding Connecticut communities.

As a husband-and-wife real estate team, Bob and Richelle work together on every transaction. Clients appreciate having two experienced professionals involved throughout the process — from pricing and strategy to negotiations, communication, and day-to-day guidance. Their approach is steady, responsive, and focused on helping clients make informed decisions without pressure.
