Yasmina Rink

A 14-year resident of Brookfield who lives in a private lake community.  My love of Candlewood lake has grown into a career specializing in Waterfront home sales and lake home property management on the lake and in the surrounding area.  

I grew up in Ridgefield CT in a large family with roots in business, property management and real estate investing. Graduating from Ridgefield High School in 1998 and going off to study business at the University of Massachusetts and Western CT State University.  

I have been in Real Estate, as an agent and in property management for 5 years, servicing Brookfield, Danbury, Newtown, Bethel, New Milford, New Fairfield and surrounding towns as well as the Litchfield, New Haven and Hartford county areas. I have closed millions of dollars in transactions, a top producer with a proven track record of getting clients through their transactions successfully making the process as smooth as possible. I am proud to have received top production awards in 2020 and 2021 as well as the largest office transaction award in 2022. I am fluent in Spanish and have helped clients who only speak Spanish successfully negotiate their real estate transactions. 

Married to Chris Rink, who is also a real estate agent and partner in their property management business. Mother to Evan (2) and Stepmother to Lucas (11) and Zachary (9) and Dog Mom to Bluu.
