Holli Shanbrom

Holli Shanbrom’s journey to real estate began on a 200-acre dairy farm in Southern Minnesota, where she was raised in a hardworking family that taught her early the value of dedication, perseverance, responsibility, and helping others. Those lessons have remained at the heart of who she is—and how she approaches her career.

After college, Holli moved to Colorado and built a successful career in the airline industry, quickly advancing into management. The changes brought to the industry following September 11, 2001, prompted Holli to take her career in a new direction. In 2002, she entered the world of residential real estate, beginning a career that has now spanned more than two decades.

From her early years in Colorado to her continued success in Connecticut, Holli has built her business on a simple philosophy: listen carefully, know the market, work tirelessly, and always put the client first. Her extensive experience allows her to guide buyers and sellers through the complexities of real estate with knowledge, confidence, and a personalized approach.

Holli’s accomplishments include being recognized among the top-producing agents in her market and earning numerous prestigious industry distinctions, including Leading Edge Society, International President’s Circle, International President’s Elite, International Diamond, and Top Ten Connecticut, along with numerous local MLS achievement awards.

She holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designations, reflecting her commitment to ongoing education and professional excellence.

Today, Holli brings more than 20 years of real estate experience, strong negotiating skills, extensive market knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for helping people achieve their real estate goals.
