For seniors and those considering downsizing, real estate decisions can involve much more than simply buying or selling a property. I bring patience, experience, and an understanding of the many considerations that can accompany a move. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), I am especially committed to helping senior clients navigate their real estate options with clarity and confidence.
For first-time home buyers, I provide guidance throughout the buying process so clients can better understand what to expect as they move toward homeownership. My experience in buyer representation, negotiation, residential real estate, and the New Haven County market helps me provide practical guidance throughout the process.
