Denise Taylor

Denise Taylor brings to the Coldwell Banker Realty team years of marketing and sales experience.  She dedicates her time and expertise to each of her valued clients.  She uses a consultative approach to listen to her clients' needs and help them through every step of the buying and selling process. She is ambitious, detail-oriented, extremely hard-working, knowledgeable, and professional. Her clients have referred friends and family because of their confidence in the honest, experienced way that Denise handles all real estate transactions.

Denise has been a Newtown resident for over 12 years and has also resided in Greenwich, NYC, Hoboken, Boston and St. Barths.  She and her husband have two rescue dogs and have spent many years as therapy dog handlers servicing the community. She supports organizations such as Sandy Hook Promise and the Newtown Action Alliance. Denise is a member of the Newtown Board of Realtors, the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and both the SmartMLS and OneKey multiple listing services.  She helps clients in Fairfield County, Westchester County and beyond!

Denise left the high-tech corporate world as a technical writing project manager to promote medical products and eventually become an entrepreneur owning businesses in fitness, massage therapy, therapeutic creative arts, and real estate.  She has a Master's Degree in Expressive Arts Therapies, a Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitational Services, and continues to develop herself professionally with real estate courses and coaching! 

Denise goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients are happy with her services and achieve their goals. For her, real estate isn’t a job, it’s a passion!
