More about Elise Larrabure Girasole
Elise’s pulse and energy were born from the enriching lifestyle experiences she has appreciated as a native New Yorker. Forever grateful for her admission as a Drama major at the High School of Performing Arts, and then continuing her theatrical journey at NYU’s Lee Strasberg Studio, she transfers her actor's enthusiasm and joy for new discoveries to her current profession in Real Estate sales. “Improvisation has taught me to expand my creativity and to trust spontaneity in order to develop new strategies in business.”
Being a passionate New Yorker who enjoys the uniqueness of this amazing city, she also treasures nature, outdoor activities and beach time. She is able to balance this lifestyle between her apartment in Chelsea and home in Fairfield, Ct. “Lifestyle relates strongly to where you are in life and translates to where you live. Transitions are a natural process and where your home or homes are is an extension and complement to our personalities and desires.”
Elise is currently a NYC agent with the Corcoran Group, and is also enthusiastic about her recent association with the Bross Chingas Bross Team here in Westport. She is looking forward to sharing her NYC market knowledge with her colleagues and Coldwell Banker customers.
In addition, Elise brings an extensive business background to her Real Estate profession. Having worked as a Wall Street Broker and International Marketing Director, she has developed her sales, marketing, communication and negotiation skills to the highest level. Elise then continued her education at the NY School of Interior Design.
Having an Interior Design business has positioned her to guide her buyers to understand the full potential of a property, and how they can make it their own. When working with sellers she is able to help them understand the importance of their property's presentation in a sensitive manner. Elise sees life as a journey and she embraces the transitions that lead to new adventures. “Connecting city life to Connecticut shoreline is a natural correlation for me.”
