Business Philosophy
My objective is to provide both my sellers and buyers with Superior Customer Service while paying closest attention to every detail. My mission is to ensure that my client's feel they can trust and rely that I am looking out for their best interest at all times.
With 19+ years of hospitality managment experience, I have had the opportunity to work with people in several different situations; including former VIP guests, celebrities, employees, and owners. It is important to me that every individual feels special and important during the entire real estate process.

Education and Training
Educated at the University of Rhode Island, I bring 19+ years of management business experience to the world of real estate. In February 2005, I left the hotel business to pursue a career in real estate. Most recently, I was the General Manager at the DELAMAR Greenwich Harbor Hotel, a 5-Star luxury property in Greenwich, CT, where our team was nominated by Johansson's London in 2004 as one of the "Top Five Hotels" in the world. Prior to the DELAMAR, I worked in Manhattan's prestigious Upper East Side as the Area General Manager of both the Hotel Wales & the Franklin Hotel, where "exceeding customer expectations" was the norm.

Personal Background
I reside in the Sasqua Hills neighborhood of East Norwalk, CT with my husband, Frank, and our 4 year old son, Ian. Frank is a hospitality professional and consultant with over 25 years of management experience. Ian attends pre-school at "A Child's Place" in Westport, CT.
