"A few years ago Nancy represented my neighbor in the sale of her condo unit in Westport. The neighbor was an older woman who had been ill. She had already relocated out of state, and her family was managing the process on her behalf from afar. So the seller wasn't around to see what Nancy was doing to sell their vacant unit. But I was.
