Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Names Two New Branch Managers
FLOWER MOUND, TX (April 11, 2016) — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has just named two new branch managers. David Scarbrough has been appointed branch manager of the company’s Frisco office, where he will lead approximately 60 independent sales associates. Ann Beardsley has been named branch manager of the company’s Keller office, where she will lead more than 45 independent sales associates.
Scarbrough has been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for 13 years, first as a top-producing sales associate and most recently as branch manager of the company’s Keller office. He attended Baylor University and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in government and politics, and was the first student to enroll in the Coldwell Banker Real Estate School, then in Irving. Scarbrough is focused on helping affiliated agents expand their business potential through the use of educational sessions, marketing and technology tools, skill-development workshops and business planning.
Beardsley will take Scarbrough’s place as branch manager of the Keller office. She has been in real estate for more than 20 years, including more than a decade as a broker-owner of a Coldwell Banker® franchise in Wisconsin. In 2011, she relocated to Dallas and has worked as both a branch manager and affiliated sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Keller office.
