The Frisco Office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Finds New Home in Hall Park Office Building

As of the first week of December, the Frisco office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has moved into the Hall Park Office Building at 3211 Internet Blvd., Suite 150, in Frisco, Texas. Opened in 1998, the Frisco office was formerly located at 7410 Preston Rd., Suite 115, in Frisco, Texas.

"Since 1998, the Frisco office has provided customers the broad range of services today’s homebuyers and sellers have come to expect from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage,” says Frank Obringer, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Dallas/Ft. Worth. “We are excited to continue to offer these services in our new location in the Hall Park Office Building.”

The Frisco office has 115 affiliate agents serving the Allen, Aubrey, Celina, Cross Roads, Fairview, Farmersville, Frisco, Hackberry, Krugerville, Little Elm, McKinney, Oak Point, Plano, Prosper and The Colony communities of Texas.

“Frisco is the fastest growing city in the U.S. and our new location is in the center of the 5 Billion Dollar mile of commercial development,” said Terri Macaluso, branch manager of the Frisco office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “It’s exciting to be across from The Star, the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters, which includes hotels, shops restaurants and the training center. Hall Park is a progressive place to work with art decor and Work life play amenities. This is a first for a real Estate company location and it is our north regional flagship office.”

Fantastic homes and master planned communities attracted many families to Frisco and premier shopping, entertainment and lifestyle options soon followed several years later. The North Texas Council of Governments states that Frisco is one of the fastest growing cities in Texas. Several years ago, it was the second fastest developing in the nation. The population now stands at 145,000 and is projected to become 280,000 by 2023.

“Frisco is a dynamic city where the old traditions and history of Texas are combined with a new and progressive spirit for development,” said Macaluso. “The Stonebriar Shopping Center, Dr. Pepper Ballpark, Toyota Stadium, the new Frisco Town Center and The Star, the Dallas Cowboys new training center, have made Frisco, and the surrounding communities, the new premier addresses in North Texas.”
