Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Agents Named to REAL Trends “America’s Best” Ranking
DALLAS, TX (August 1, 2016) – Eric Stout, The Anderson Team, The Chad Collins Team and The McClain-Lewis Team of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage were each named among America’s most productive real estate teams and agents as a part of REAL Trends “America’s Best” Real Estate Agents, the newly issued ranking report produced by REAL Trends. The agents are now members of the “America’s Best Real Estate Agents,” and each ranked number one in their market place.
Rankings are as follows:
· Eric Stout- No. 1 in Irving with 59 closed transactions and $20.8 million in sales volume in 2015
· The Chad Collins Team- No. 1 in Southlake with 200 closed transactions and $89.4 million in sales volume
· The Anderson Team- No. 1 in Keller with 147 closed transactions
· The McClain-Lewis Team- No. 1 in Waxahachie with 103 closed transactions
