Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Announces 2015 Top Producers
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Dallas/Fort Worth, recently recognized its highest-producing sales associates and teams of 2015, representing the highest echelon of Coldwell Banker’s® 86,000 independent sales associates worldwide.
“Very few real estate agents across the country earn these prestigious distinctions, but the talent, experience and commitment to service of these sales associates propelled them to the front of the pack,” said Frank Obringer, president, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Dallas/Fort Worth.
The Chad Collins Team, of the company’s Southlake office, was recognized with the prestigious Society of Excellence Award, which is the highest award level for sales associates affiliated with NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s parent company. The team was also recognized as being Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s No. 1 top-producing team, No. 1 units sold team and No. 1 listings sold team in Dallas/Fort Worth. These significant achievements are a reflection of the team’s long-standing focus on delivering excellent customer service with proven results.
Lee Lamont, an independent sales associate affiliated with the company’s Lakewood/NE Dallas office, was recognized as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s No. 1 top-producing individual agent. Lamont, a highly accomplished agent with more than a decade of experience, was also awarded the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier Award for outstanding sales production.
The Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Team Award recipients include The Anderson Team of the Keller office, The Jo Ann Moore & Pam Bookout Team of Arlington and The Striegel Team of Flower Mound. Individual recipients of the International President’s Elite Award were Tommy Dyer of the Fort Worth Tanglewood office, Frank Lu of Rockwall, Tommy Pistana of Southlake, Eric Stout of Irving/Las Colinas and Keith Yonick of Lakewood/NE Dallas.
Additionally, more than 100 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales professionals and teams were named to the International President’s Circle, International Diamond Society and International Sterling Society, further testament to the caliber of the company’s affiliated agents
