NRT LLC Tops REAL Trends 500 Report
According to the newly released REAL Trends 500 report, NRT LLC, the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Dallas/Fort Worth, is the No. 1 ranked residential real estate brokerage firm in the nation by both closed transaction sides and sales volume. NRT’s sales volume is more than double that of second-ranking HomeServices of America, and greater than the next five largest competitors combined. This is the 19th year in a row the company has been ranked No. 1.
In the North Texas area, NRT subsidiary Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has 18 offices and 875 independent sales professionals, and had $1.98 billion in closed sales volume and closed 7,864 transaction sides in 2015.

The REAL Trends 500 is an annual research report that compiles and identifies the country’s 500 leading residential real estate firms as ranked by closed transaction sides and separately by closed sales volume. According to REAL Trends, this year's survey represents the most comprehensive collection of data assembled on the leaders of the residential brokerage industry. Numbers are independently verified by outside accounting firms.
To be included in the ranking, companies must have had a minimum of 1,702 closed transaction sides in 2015, up from 1,495 the previous year.
