Terri Macaluso Named District Manager for Dallas/Fort Worth and Branch Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Frisco Office
DALLAS, TX (May 9, 2017) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has named Terri Macaluso as the district manager of the Dallas/Fort Worth region and the new branch manager of the company’s Frisco office. David Scarbrough, previous manager of the Frisco office, will now serve as branch manager of the Mansfield Regional office.
Previously, Macaluso managed the Frisco office of Ebby Halliday Realtors. She built the small office of 35 agents into a successful branch of 180 sales associates and the top-producing office for three consecutive years with the company. Prior to her management career, Macaluso was a top-producing sales associate for 16 years with Coldwell Banker in Collin County.
Macaluso has served on the board of directors for the Collin County Association of Realtors since 2015 and is now in her second term. She is also a licensed Real Estate Council instructor, where she has authored six classes. Additionally, she serves as associate faculty at the Collin County Community College Real Estate Division, is a committee member on the broker/lawyer committee for the state of Texas and is a CCAR orientation instructor.
