Licensed in Virginia since 2017 and Washington, DC since 2020, he helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate residential, commercial, and new construction opportunities.

Kwaku brings a background in federal management consulting and a degree in Finance from Old Dominion University to his real estate practice. His analytical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to clear communication help clients understand their options and make confident decisions.
