Lyn Myles is all about helping people through major transitions in their life. After 25 years as a Human Resources Professional and Project Manager, he made the smooth transition to real estate where his greatest joy is serving buyer, seller and renter clients as a trusted advisor and advocate.

Lyn’s extensive professional career has honed his seasoned interpersonal, communication, research and analytical skills, while strengthening the values that make him a pleasure to work with, like honesty, courtesy and accountability. He has a keen ability to organize and prioritize, which is essential when navigating real estate transactions, and has no hidden agendas when it comes to offering transparency with his clients.

Originally from New Orleans, Lyn received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Orleans. He resides in Southeast DC, which is his home base for work and play. Lyn specializes in rentals and sales, and is a knowledgeable resource for all areas of the District. Surrounding himself with good people, finding special properties, and building solid client relationships are the rewards of his work.

As a property owner, Lyn loves houses, as he does nice lawns, the outdoors, dogs, whiskey and politics, not necessarily in that order. He is also an avid runner and college football fan (go LSU!).
