MonZen is a distinguished real estate professional in Washington, DC, known for his rare blend of international experience, academic excellence, and artistic vision. Originally from Paris, he holds four advanced degrees in the life sciences, environmental fields, and medical research science—bringing analytical precision and a systems-thinking mindset to every transaction.

Before entering real estate, MonZen served as a university dean and as International Director at LVMH’s Netexplo Observatory, where he led global smart city and sustainability programs in partnership with UNESCO and city mayors. These initiatives explored digital innovation, housing trends, and real estate best practices worldwide.

An acclaimed artist and wildlife photographer, MonZen has exhibited internationally and earned awards such as “Best Young Artist of the Year” (Paris, 2019) and “Best in Show” (Alexandria, VA, 2024). Deeply rooted in equestrian culture, he spent over a decade breeding and selling Arabian horses, while also selling over 200 original artworks—experiences that honed his client relations and eye for detail.
