Zubaidah Alizoti is a skilled real estate professional with a strong background in relationship management, negotiation, and project coordination. Her career includes experience with federal agencies, and large-scale development projects, giving her a unique perspective on both client service and property management.

She previously worked as a Legal Assistant at the Department of Veterans Affairs and as a Government Affairs Coordinator at a national medical association, where she refined her expertise in communication, organization, and high-level coordination. Zubaidah also served in the Executive Office of the President, contributing to strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

In addition, Zubaidah managed a $24 million hotel construction project in Knoxville, Tennessee, overseeing subcontractor negotiations, compliance, and scheduling.
