My personal journey: For many years, my family enjoyed unforgettable vacations along the Delaware coast. In 2019, we purchased a second home in Ocean View, DE. What started as another real estate investment quickly became a lifestyle we didn’t want to leave behind. During our transition to full‑time residents, we were grateful for the personal connections and community groups that supported us along the way.
