Originally from Connecticut, Eileen O'Rourke brings a strong foundation of communication, organization, and dedication to her real estate career. She has completed advanced real estate coursework in PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), and she remains committed to continuing education to further strengthen her skills and better serve her clients in an ever-changing market.

Before transitioning into real estate, Eileen spent years as a teacher, where she developed the ability to listen carefully, explain complex information clearly, solve problems with patience, and guide people through important decisions with confidence. These same skills now allow her to provide exceptional support to buyers and sellers throughout every step of the real estate process.

Eileen understands that buying or selling a home is more than a transaction — it is a major life transition. Her background in education taught her how to advocate for others, stay detail-oriented, manage changing situations, and create a calm, supportive experience for her clients. As the wife of a military veteran, Eileen also has a personal understanding of the unique needs and challenges military families often face, including relocations, timelines, and finding the right community to call home. She is passionate about helping military members, veterans, and their families navigate the real estate process with confidence and ease.

When she is not working with clients, Eileen enjoys spending time with family and helping care for their older parents. She loves working in her yard, exploring nearby walking trails, relaxing with a good book at the beach, and spending time out on the boat in the bay. Her strong sense of community, compassion for others, and commitment to service are at the heart of everything she does.
