Jeff McCrindle

Jeff McCrindle achieved Global Luxury status in his first year with Coldwell Banker demonstrating his ability to close transactions at the top level of the market.

After a successful career working for major corporations (Johnson & Johnson, AT&T, IBM, GE) and several advanced analytics firms in roles spanning VP Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Digital Adoption, Jeff made the transition to real estate sales.

Jeff serves his real estate clients and operates with the highest integrity focusing on achieving success for his clients. With superior communication, analytics and negotiation skills he serves as a trusted advisor for his clients helping them to understand the changing market dynamics and helping them navigate to a successful outcome.

His education began with a BS in Mathematics and MBA from Saint Joseph's University and followed by executive programs at Wharton School of Business and Harvard Law School. Jeff also taught graduate business intelligence courses for 10 years at Saint Joseph's University.

Jeff has also authored articles on real estate analytics that highlighted real estate market trends and strategies to optimize desired outcomes.

Jeff and his wife, Michele, work together as the Coldwell Banker Downbeach Team. Family is a priority and a key reason for their arrival in Coastal Delaware. Their 5 children and 6 granddaughters are a constant source of joy. He is an active supporter of charitable organizations such as Feeding America, Fisher House, and the Elks. Jeff and Michele also enjoy music and serve as karaoke/quizzo DJs in the local area.
