Hi, I’m Nicole Bradley — Born in Ohio but raised in Delaware, proud product of Eagles Nest Christian School (where my love for community and strong values took root), then Sussex Central High School. Early on I felt called toward helping and caring for others, which led me to Del Tech, pursuing veterinary medicine — and yes, I even bartended through school to help make ends meet (lots of stories from those nights!).
Though I learned so much about animals and care in the vet world, my heart shifted when I was on the path to buy my first home. while bartending in Rehoboth — something about the energy there, the community, the people moving forward in life — it was there I discovered my love for real estate. Helping folks buy or sell isn’t just a job to me; I get a real thrill out of watching people step into new adventures — a new home, a fresh start, closing one chapter and opening another.
When I’m not walking clients through listings or negotiating deals, you’ll find me at the beach (salt in my hair, toes in the sand) or hitting the slopes snowboarding — always chasing that next rush, whether it’s ocean waves or fresh powder.
