It is open and honest communication and providing the utmost in personal and professional service all the way through to close and beyond.

Personal Background

As a native Delawarean I have lived in many areas of New Castle County including North Wilmington, Wilmington, Hockessin and Bear and have family living between Newark, Middletown and Dover. As such I am very familiar with New Castle County and the surrounding areas.

I have an extensive relocation background having managed the ICI Global Mobility Program for North and South America for over 20 years. In this role I was responsible for partnering with the various businesses and managing all aspects of the Global Mobility Program to ensure ongoing business objectives were met for international assignments and domestic relocation. This included policy development, compliance and oversight as well as international assignment payroll, tax, immigration and relocation both international and domestic. It also included ensuring delivery of top quality customer service by the Global Mobility Team as well as third party vendors globally and locally.

With my extensive background in relocation and customer service, I bring a unique perspective to my buyers and sellers. It is a blend of deep knowledge of the business and passionate commitment to the highest level of quality customer care.
