Rita Oller

Rita has spent her professional career specializing in people and relationship building.  She obtained her Delaware real estate license after 20+ years of working in Human Resources with some of the largest financial services companies. 

Buying or selling real estate is a complex but personal transaction.  Rita provides each of her clients with a customized, high touch experience.  Her number one goal is to do right by her clients while helping them achieve their real estate goals.  She does this through getting to know her clients, how they use their living space and learning what is most important to them in the real estate transaction.  Her mission is to not to just help with this transaction but to build a long-term relationship.

Living on the Delaware Maryland line for the last 26 years and having spent a majority of her life in Delaware, Rita is familiar with all of the greatness the First State and surrounding areas have to offer.  Her personal commitment to you is that your experience will be catered to meet your individual goals and needs.  Most importantly, you will have all of the information you need to make an informed real estate decision.  Rita is a licensed REALTOR in Delaware and Maryland as well as a member of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors, New Castle County Board of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors and Coastal Association of Realtors. 

Outside of real estate, Rita enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, going to country concerts, yoga and volunteering at rescuing animals.
