Joe Famiglietti specializes in Luxury Real Estate throughout South Florida where he has resided for the past 20 years. Working with many local Doctors and Hospitals he founded a company called “Ace For Doctors”. Supported and backed by Coldwell Banker Realty. AFD is a combination of his three passions: Photography, Tennis and Real Estate. Industries that have defined his career for the past 24 years. “I feel like I’ve never worked a day in my life because I’ve been so blessed to do what I love for a living”. Inspired by his grandfather, Dr. Joseph Angelo Famiglietti) a beloved Doctor and Surgeon in Boston Massachusetts who was well known for his compassion and writing “PP” (Poor Person) on Bills, so they did not have to pay for his services. Joe has the same passion and professionalism for helping people with their real estate needs.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Joe spent 23 years in the photography industry, most notably with Fuji Film and Olympus as a National Account Manager. Joe is a lifetime tennis player and USPTA Certified Tennis Professional. In his free time, Joe enjoys teaching the game he loves to tennis enthusiasts in some of the most exclusive neighborhoods in South Florida. Having a high level of attention to detail along with outstanding professionalism, communication and negotiating skills, Joe has excelled throughout his career.
