Laura Vargas brings a unique perspective to real estate by combining her investment background with hands-on involvement in residential construction projects.

Early in her career, she worked extensively in property acquisitions, negotiations, and market analysis. Through that experience, she developed a strong understanding of market trends, property value, and the key factors that drive successful real estate investments.

Alongside her work in the industry, Laura has expanded her expertise into residential construction. She has been actively involved in construction projects, assisting with project management and working closely with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors. Through these experiences, she has gained valuable insight into the challenges, risks, and decisions that impact a project’s success.

Unlike many agents, Laura doesn’t simply market homes. She understands how they’re built, how construction decisions affect value and profitability, and how buyers perceive quality. This positions her to effectively represent new construction projects while serving as a valuable resource to builders and developers.

Born in Colombia, raised in Spain, and a South Florida resident for over a decade, Laura’s international background allows her to connect with people from the many cultures that make South Florida such a dynamic place to live and invest.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time at the beach and taking advantage of South Florida’s lifestyle. Whether she’s playing tennis, rollerblading or simply watching a beautiful sunset, she loves making the most of life’s simple moments.
