Marko Verkic brings more than a decade of real estate experience from Frankfurt, Germany, to South Florida.

As the founder and owner of PRIMODEUS Immobilien, a residential and luxury real estate company based in Frankfurt, Marko has built his career around high-quality residential properties, luxury homes, investors, entrepreneurs and international clients, with more than €100 million in transaction volume.

Today, Marko is based in Boca Raton and serves clients throughout Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Palm Beach County and selected South Florida markets as a member of The Schirripa Group at Coldwell Banker Realty.

His unique perspective bridges two very different real estate markets — Frankfurt and South Florida — allowing him to advise buyers, sellers and investors who value local expertise, international experience and strong relationships.

Marko’s approach to real estate has always been relationship-driven rather than transactional. He believes exceptional service begins with understanding people, earning trust and creating long-term relationships that often extend far beyond a single transaction.

Outside of real estate, Marko is a husband and father of three. Family is central to his life, and relocating from Germany to South Florida with his wife and children has given him a very personal understanding of what it means to move not just assets, but an entire life across countries and cultures.

Marko is also a follower of Jesus Christ, and his Christian faith is the foundation of how he approaches life, family and business. He strives to lead with integrity, generosity, humility and excellence, and believes that business is ultimately another place to serve people and build meaningful relationships.

A former competitive athlete and lifelong entrepreneur, Marko values discipline, consistency and continuous growth.
