Alison Teperman

Born in Russia and raised in Israel, I am fluent in Hebrew and Russian. A reentry agent from NJ, I moved to Florida 6 years ago and now looking forward to growing with CB. Years ago I asked a CB agent to help me find a home when I was going thru a rough time and was strong enough to admit that I was too weak to be my own agent. She has since been trying to bring me to CB. Recently remarried, we were looking for a house and almost bought thru Dawn Balzano- one of our office agents. We ended up buying a different property 3 houses down from her and after I got my Florida license, Dawn made choosing CB a no brainer. It feels like all roads have been leading to CB and I am excited to apply my real estate, customer service and entrepreneurship skills to this ever changing industry.

Aside from Real estate background, I am a former founder and award winning owner of The CakeOver Gluten Free bakery in Parsippany NJ. I am a dance/fitness instructor, having taught hundreds of students ballet, cardio, Mat Pilates, stretch etc- since age 15. I hold a Degree in Patternmaking from FIT and worked in the fashion industry for 25 years.

Attentive, thorough, persistent, natural listener and insightful- I find satisfaction in helping people and strive to find solutions. Having moved 29 times across 3 countries I understand the buyers side, their journey, worries and hopes.

Outside of real estate, you will find me ballroom dancing, baking cakes for friends and events, sewing and as time allows- traveling.
