Sam joined Coldwell Banker in 2015 as a commercial properties' specialist in the firm's SW Broward Office. Sam has a unique passion for real estate, and a vision for setting a higher standard. With more than 19 years of accomplishing clients' real estate needs, Sam's enthusiasm for knowledge and analytical ability now helps to achieve clients' investment goals. Through his expertise in the multi-family market, Sam has been able to help countless owners and investors accomplish their dreams in the $400,000 to $2,000,000 price range.

Formerly with HSBC Bank, Sam also understands the keys to aligning the appropriate traditional and alternative financing. His aim is to equip clients with the best information to advance their investment objectives. He exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the South Florida region.

Samuel has earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Saint Thomas University in Miami Gardens, Florida and has also held a Florida Real Estate License since 2001.
