Serene Prinyavivatkul is a Coldwell Banker Realtor® with South Florida Home Advisors, specializing in representing buyers and sellers throughout South Florida, with a primary focus on Palm Beach County, including Boynton Beach and Delray Beach.

Originally from Maryland, Serene relocated to South Florida as a child and has called Palm Beach County home since 1982. Growing up and attending college in the area has given her an intimate knowledge of local neighborhoods and communities.

Before entering real estate, Serene was a licensed mortgage originator assisting clients in obtaining conventional loans, refinancing, and jumbo loans, common in South Florida’s high end market. This experience has helped her to understand the process of qualifying buyers, closing timelines,and transaction structures.

Serene’s business style prioritizes clear communication, patience, and proactive problem solving. She is committed to educating clients on every step of the process, empowering them with the confidence needed for a smooth transaction. Growing up with Thai parents, Serene is a bilingual English/Thai-speaking individual, which adds greatly to her strengths in serving clients with a need for effective and efficient communication.

In her free time, she enjoys long walks along South Florida’s beautiful beaches and quality time with her dog, embracing the coastal lifestyle that first drew her family to the area.
