This property is available for annual rental at $2,100 each month. Seasonal rental, with a minimum of 3 months between December 1 & April 30 is $3,100 each month. Security deposit equivalent to one months rent is required once application via the association & rent spree has been approved. One half of the first months rent is due 15 days prior to move in. Rent is due on the first of each month & considered late on the 5th of the month at which time a $25 late fee will be assessed each day.
