With over 20 years of experience in education and a background in entertainment and business ownership, James brings a unique blend of creativity, communication, and dedication to every client interaction.
His interest in real estate began through managing short-term rentals and Airbnb properties, which sparked a deeper commitment to the industry. Today, he continues to teach in the Brandon area while serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Tampa Bay region.
